Britani Dostal Photography

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Britani Dostal Photography from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refunded their deposit, if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if Client fails to attend the scheduled, contracted booking day and time. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking photo(s)/film(s)”; Client should have researched Britani Dostal Photography's portfolio before booking.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
From lens to digital file or physical print, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. No matter what challenges may occur, I provide top quality personal service to both my Clients and my Photographers.
Please do not contact your credit card company to dispute a charge before contacting Britani Dostal Photography first.
To request a refund, all Clients must submit a Refund Request Form (below).
To qualify for a refund, Client must provide eligible reasoning(s). However, I cannot offer refunds of any kind to Clients who do not review their photos/videos and submit their unsatisfyings within a timely manner. I have to do this to protect myself from generally dissatisfied clients who choose to be difficult rather than simply collaborating while we are working together to make sure they are getting exactly what they want from their booked service.
- 100% Booking Refunds: Granted only if Client and Photographer mutually agree. Britani Dostal Photography has up to 120 days to deliver a refund.
- Up to 50% Booking Refunds: May be granted based upon the Photographer’s discretion. If for example, the Client does not "like" the photos that have been submitted after the shoot, they may request a partial refund pending review. Otherwise, the Photographer will be paid in full for completing the confirmed Services. Britani Dostal Photography has up to 120 days to deliver a refund.
